125g cooked and mashed beets
1 egg

2 cups quinoa flour
6 chicken gizzards, chopped into small pieces
Preparation:

2. Mix all the ingredients together little by little: first the quinoa flour, then the egg, coconut oil, beets, and gizzards.
3. Knead until the dough comes away from the bowl.
